New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (National Testing Agency) has strongly denied allegations circulating on social media claiming a “paper leak,” advance access, or sale of the NEET UG 2026 re-examination question paper.

NTA Calls Claims Fake and Misleading

In an official statement posted on X, the agency said it had identified multiple messages spreading false claims about the examination. It clarified that these allegations are “false, fraudulent, and intended to mislead candidates.”

The NTA also warned that such rumours are being circulated by organised cheating networks attempting to exploit students and parents for financial gain.

“Organised Rackets Behind Rumours”

The agency stated that these groups create fake question papers and attempt to sell them online, preying on exam anxiety. It stressed that all such content is fabricated and unrelated to the actual examination process.

Strict Action and Cybercrime Complaints

The NTA confirmed it is actively tracking and reporting such accounts to cybercrime authorities and social media platforms for immediate removal.

It also said formal complaints are being filed against individuals involved in spreading or promoting fraudulent content, warning that strict legal action will follow.

Candidates were advised to remain focused on preparation and avoid falling prey to scams circulating online.
