Lieutenant Vinay Narwal's ashes were immersed by his father Rajesh Narwal in Haridwar. While immersing the ashes, he became very emotional and started crying bitterly. At the same time, Vinay's father-in-law Sunil Kumar has called it a big failure of the Jammu and Kashmir administration. He said that after Vinay was shot, his daughter kept pleading for help.
