New Delhi: India is now fully prepared and is thinking of a long-term war. To respond to the situation created by Pakistan, India has also prepared its army, air force, and navy. Along with this, the territorial army, that is, those people who are not part of the regular army but can help in an emergency after taking training, have also been asked to be ready.

Many wings of the army contribute to the security system of India, of which the Indian Army and the Territorial Army are prominent. Both serve the country, but their nature, working style and terms of service are different, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

Talking about the Indian Army, the Indian Army is a regular professional military force whose soldiers and officers are fully dedicated to the service of the nation. They are recruited for a time period of 10 years or more, which can also be extended if required. The regular army is given tough and professional training, which prepares them to face war, security challenges and difficult situations.

Regular army units can be deployed anywhere from the border areas of the country to peaceful areas. They can also be sent abroad if required. The Indian Army offers a permanent and respectable career opportunity with systematic promotion, special training and diverse roles. It is an excellent option for the youth for a full-time military career.

India Prepares for Long-Term War, Territorial Army on Alert

Talking about the Territorial Army, the Territorial Army is one of those part-time military forces meant for citizens who want to serve the country along with their regular job or business. Its soldiers train for a few months a year and are called on active duty only under special circumstances.

Their training is less than that of the Regular Army. Let us tell you that the Territorial Army is mainly used for internal security, disaster management and auxiliary functions. They can be called on active duty in war or emergency. There are limited opportunities for regular promotion or professional career development in it. It is ideal for those who want to serve the country while maintaining their civilian life.

If we talk about the Indian Army, if you want full-time military life, combat training and permanent career, then the Regular Army is suitable for you. On the other hand, if you want to do part-time military service along with civilian life, then the Territorial Army is the best option for you.
