He questioned why paper leaks continued to occur repeatedly and accused the government of remaining silent on the concerns of students and families affected by the cancellation of the medical entrance examination.
Rahul Gandhi also criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not responding directly to the issue and demanded accountability from the education ministry.
The controversy erupted after the National Testing Agency (NTA) cancelled the NEET-UG 2026 examination conducted on May 3. Investigators reportedly found evidence suggesting that several questions similar to those in the actual examination paper had circulated before the test.

The Union government later handed the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), while authorities announced that the re-examination would now be held on June 21.
The cancellation has affected nearly 23 lakh aspirants and marked the first time the entire NEET-UG examination has been scrapped since the NTA began conducting the exam in 2019.
The CBI has intensified its investigation into the alleged leak network. On Saturday, the agency arrested Manisha Gurunath Mandhare, a senior Botany teacher from Pune, alleging that she had access to the Biology section of the examination paper through her association with the NEET-UG examination process.
