New Delhi: India was already behind in the five-match Test series against England, and now the team has faced two major setbacks. Fast bowler Arshdeep Singh has been ruled out of the fourth match because of an injury. Star all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy is also out of the entire series. And now, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Indian team for the upcoming tour.

Nitish Kumar Reddy has hurt his knee, and the injury is serious. Because of this, he won't be playing in any of the remaining matches. At the same time, Arshdeep Singh has a cut on his hand, so he won't be able to take part in the Manchester Test.

BCCI Statement On Nitish Kumar Reddy

"All-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy has been ruled out of the remaining two Test matches due to a left knee injury. He will be returning to India soon. The team wishes him a quick recovery. "

Arshdeep Singh Out Too

"Arshdeep Singh will miss the fourth Test match against England in Manchester. He injured his left thumb while bowling in the nets during a practice session in Beckenham. He is currently under the care of the BCCI medical team."
