(2) Appointment of Sanjeev Kumar Kassi, CPES (1995), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal, vice Shyam Bhagat Negi, IPS (HP:92).
(3) Appointment of Gangadhar Panda, IRS (IT:1993), as Additional DGFT, New Delhi, Dte Gen of Foreign Trade (DGFT), vice Suman Sharma IRS (IT:1990).
