The Central Government on Friday approved the transfer of over a dozen senior officers at the Secretary level.
Kotak Institutional Equities released its report regarding the 8th Pay Commission. In this report, it is said that the Government could implement 8th Pay Commission in late 2026 or early 2027.
The Central Government has approved 35 senior IPS officers from various regions for potential Director General (DG) positions. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet found these officers appropriate for high-ranking positions within the Central Government.
The central government has empanelled four senior IPS officers of the Uttar Pradesh cadre for the post of Director General (DG) or equivalent posts. All these officers are from the 1994 batch and are now considered eligible to be appointed to top-level administrative and security posts under the central government.
