Bureaucracy: 3 senior UP cadre IAS and one IPS officers sent to Centre on deputation

Lucknow: Three senior IAS and one IPS officers of Uttar Pradesh cadre have been sent on deputation to the central government. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointments of these officers.

Mukesh Kumar Meshram, a 1995 batch IAS officer, has been posted as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Culture while Anita C Meshram, a 1996 batch officer, has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Fertilizers. Dheeraj Sahu, a 1996 batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority under the Department of Food and Public Distribution at the Centre.

Vijay Bhatia, a 1995 batch IPS officer, has been posted as Joint Secretary (Personnel) in the Ministry of External Affairs.
