New Delhi: Topper of the Civil Services Examination 2010, IAS (AGMUT cadre) Shah Faesal has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Culture, Delhi.
Faesal has been apointed under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichevevr takes place earlier.
Originally from Kashmir, Shah Faesal was recommended for central deputation by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
