Congresswoman and Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard on Friday hit out at Hillary Clinton for her remarks that Russians are currently “grooming” a Democrat running in the presidential primary to run as a third-party candidate and champion their interests
“I believe in the ideology I’ve fought for and I believe in the voice of conscience. Let us see how much it prevails,” Kumar said.
“Yeh vichardhara ki ladai hai, mere liye yehi hai,” Meira Kumar told media at Sadaqat Ashram.
Meira Kumar expressed gratitude to all the political parties for nominating her for the post of the President and thanked them for showing trust in her.
“The battle which I am fighting at present is for the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi. We have to take forward his ideology,” Meira Kumar said.
Ramnath Kovind arrived in the afternoon and hold a joint meeting with the MLAs of PDP, BJP and Peoples Conference.
Reiterating on the same, Kumar said it is shameful if even one such incident of violence against Dalits or weaker sections take place in today’s time.
NDA’s presidential candidate Ramnath Kovind will visit Uttar Pradesh to seek support from members of both the Houses of the state where preparation is on for smooth conduct of voting.
