Kushinagar: Ahead of the proposed visit of the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to Kushinagar on June 2, district authorities on Sunday conducted a detailed inspection of the programme venue in the Hariharpur area of Tamkuhiraj.
District Magistrate Mahendra Singh Tawar and Superintendent of Police Keshav Kumar jointly reviewed preparations related to security, traffic management and other logistical arrangements at the site.

During the inspection, officials examined the ongoing work related to helipad construction, parking facilities, barricading, stage setup, tent arrangements and crowd management.
The district administration also assessed traffic regulation plans and security deployment to ensure smooth movement during the proposed programme. Officials were instructed to complete all arrangements within the stipulated timeline and maintain quality standards in every aspect of preparation.
The District Magistrate directed concerned departments to ensure proper cleanliness, drinking water supply and other essential public facilities at the venue.
He emphasised that special attention should be given to the convenience of public representatives, officials and members of the public expected to attend the programme.
The administration was also asked to ensure that traffic movement remains organised and that security arrangements are implemented effectively throughout the event.
Following the inspection, a review meeting was held at the programme site with administrative and police officials. During the meeting, responsibilities related to various arrangements were assigned to concerned officers for smooth conduct of the event.

The District Magistrate instructed officials to carry out their assigned duties with seriousness and ensure that all preparations are completed on time. He also directed continuous monitoring of arrangements and warned against negligence at any level.
Superintendent of Police Keshav Kumar issued necessary instructions regarding security and traffic management during the programme. He said adequate measures should be taken to maintain law and order and ensure smooth coordination among all departments involved in the arrangements.
Senior administrative and police officials, including the Chief Development Officer and Additional District Magistrate, were present during the inspection and review meeting.
