Rahul calls PM Modi 'old man', asserts to form govt. of 'young people'

Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh: In a scathing attack at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi called Prime Minister Narendra Modi an 'old man' and promised to bring a government of young people in Uttar Pradesh.


"We will bring a government which is young. Prime Minister Modi has grown old now," Rahul said, while a addressing an election rally in Jaunpur.


Continuing his tirade against the Prime Minister, Rahul Gandhi said, "Prime Minister Modi's 'Acche Din' film has flopped. You will not be able to watch it anymore."

The campaigning for the last phase of Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh has reached its peak and all political parties are making efforts to woo the voters.


40 seats spread across seven districts of Ghazipur, Varanasi, Chandauli, Mirzapur, Bhadohi, Sonbhadra and Jaunpur will go to the polls for the last phase on March 8. The results will be out on March 11. (ANI)
