Adityanath vows to improve UP health services

Yogi vowed to open six AIIMS in the state to provide adequate medical facilities to the people.

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday inaugurated 56 new ventilators in Lucknow’s King George’s Medical University hospital. 


“If a Doctor talks to his patient politely, half the ailment disappears,” he said while speaking at the event. Highlighting the shortage of doctors in the state, Yogi Adityanath said that the state need at least 5 lakh doctors for improving the healthcare facility.


“Five lakh more doctors required in UP as of now for proper healthcare facilities and timely treatment,” he added.

The CM also vowed to open six AIIMS in the state to provide adequate medical facilities to the people.


He gave a stern message to doctors that Doctors must not act like gangs and work for blessings instead for money. The medical colleges are facing a crisis of faculties and that doctors don’t stay at hospitals during night, Yogi added.


Yogi also said “If a Doctor talks to his patient politely, half the ailment disappears.”
