New Delhi: The Royal Enfield Meteor 350, India's renowned two-wheeler manufacturer Royal Enfield's popular cruiser bike, has achieved a significant global milestone. Launched in November 2020, the bike has now sold over 600,000 units. This achievement demonstrates the rapid growth in demand for mid-size cruiser bikes worldwide, and the Meteor 350 is proving to be a popular choice among riders.

New Technology with J-Series Engine

The Meteor 350 was the company's first bike to feature the new J-Series engine. This engine later became the basis for the company's other 350cc bikes. Today, this engine is used in popular bikes like the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Royal Enfield Hunter 350, and Royal Enfield Bullet 350.

This bike is powered by a 349cc, air-oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces around 20.2 bhp of power and 27 Nm of torque. The Meteor 350 is designed to deliver a smooth and comfortable riding experience rather than high speed.

Comfortable Riding and Easy Handling

The company introduced the Meteor 350 in the mid-size cruiser segment, and this strategy has proven successful. In addition to India, the bike has received a good response in Latin America, Europe, and SAARC countries.

Its comfortable seating position, balanced suspension, and smooth engine make it easy for new riders. It is also considered a reliable option for long-distance riders.

Equipped with High-Tech Features

The Meteor 350 is equipped with several modern features, including a semi-digital instrument cluster, Tripper navigation system, LED lighting, and a slip-and-assist clutch. Additionally, small but useful features like adjustable levers and superior quality switchgear also add to the premium feel of the bike.

Variants and Price

The Meteor 350 is offered in four variants: Fireball, Stellar, Aurora, and Supernova. Its ex-showroom price in India ranges from approximately ₹1.95 lakh to ₹2.18 lakh.

Strong Global Network

Royal Enfield's retail network is also rapidly expanding. The company has over 2,000 outlets in India and over 1,000 overseas. Thanks to this strong network, the Meteor 350 is now sold in over 60 countries and has established its unique position in the cruiser bike segment.
