Hyundai Venue Launched in India; Over 70 features, price starts below Rs 8 lakh

New Delhi: After a long wait, Hyundai Motor India has finally launched the new 2025 Hyundai Venue in the Indian market. This new-generation SUV comes with several major updates and impressive features. Its starting price is Rs 7.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has also opened bookings, which customers can book by paying ₹25,000 at their nearest Hyundai dealership or on the company's website. Deliveries are expected to begin after 15 November.

Major Changes in Colour Options

The 2025 Venue is now available in eight colour options. These include six monotone and two dual-tone color schemes.
The monotone colors include Hazel Blue (new), Mystic Sapphire (new), Dragon Red, Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Titan Gray.
Dual-tone versions include Hazel Blue with an Abyss Black roof and Atlas White with an Abyss Black roof.

The N-Line version is offered in five monotone and three dual-tone color options, giving customers the opportunity to choose an even more stylish look.

Engine and Performance

The engine options in the new Venue remain the same, but the diesel version now features a torque converter automatic gearbox.
It offers three engine options:

  • 1.0-liter turbo petrol (120hp, 172Nm)
  • 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol (83hp, 113Nm)
  • 1.5-liter turbo diesel (116hp, 250Nm)

The turbo petrol engine will be available with MT and 7-speed DCT transmissions, while the diesel will have both manual and automatic options.

Modern Touches in Design

The design of the 2025 Venue has been made more robust and attractive than before. It features C-shaped LED DRLs, a split headlamp setup, and a dark chrome grille. The new Venue has now increased in height by 48 mm and width by 30 mm. New 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, bridge-style roof rails, and a Venue badge glass design give it a sportier look.

Major Interior and Feature Upgrades

The most significant change in the new Venue's cabin is the dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic display, which integrates the infotainment and digital driver display. In addition, it includes luxury features like a navy and dove gray interior theme, moon white ambient lighting, a ventilated electric driver seat, a reclining rear seat, and sunshades.

Over 70 Connected Features

The new Venue now offers over 70 connected car features and over 400 voice commands, which work in five languages, including Hindi, English, and Tamil. It also includes high-tech features like the NVIDIA-powered ccNC cockpit system, a Bose 8-speaker sound system, and over-the-air (OTA) update support.
