New Delhi: Following the Red Fort blast, security agencies in the capital Delhi are on full alert. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police has issued an important advisory for passengers. Due to increased security checks, passengers will now be required to arrive early at the railway stations, metro stations, and airports.
According to Joint Police Commissioner Milind Dumbere, passengers are advised to follow the following instructions:
Railway stations: Arrive at least one hour before your train's scheduled departure time.
Metro stations: Arrive 20 minutes before your train's departure time.
Airports (international flights): Arrive three hours before your flight's departure time.
The police say this advisory has been issued to ensure smooth security checks, avoid last-minute rush, and ensure timely boarding of passengers.
