New Delhi: Residents of Delhi are expected to experience another sweltering day on Saturday, with the maximum temperature forecast to reach 43 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is likely to remain around 37 degrees Celsius. The weather is expected to stay hot throughout the day, offering little relief from the prevailing heatwave-like conditions.

Warm Conditions To Persist Throughout The Day

According to the forecast, the temperature will hover close to 37 degrees Celsius for most of the day. Winds are expected to blow at a speed of around 5.18 km/h, with gusts reaching approximately 8.74 km/h. The wind direction is predicted to remain around 262 degrees, contributing only marginally to cooling conditions.

The sun is scheduled to rise at 5:25 AM and set at 7:22 PM, resulting in long daylight hours and prolonged exposure to intense heat.

Seven-Day Forecast Shows No Immediate Relief

The extended weather outlook indicates that Delhi will continue to witness high temperatures over the coming week. The maximum temperature is expected to touch 44 degrees Celsius on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the mercury is likely to remain around 43 degrees Celsius before dipping to 38 degrees Celsius on Friday.

The persistent spell of high temperatures suggests that residents should remain prepared for hot weather conditions and take necessary precautions while venturing outdoors, particularly during the afternoon when heat levels are typically at their peak.
