IndiGo flight disruptions continue for fourth day; Leaving airports crowded with stranded flyers

Today, IndiGo announced the cancellation of over 400 flights across different parts of the country. 220 flights were canceled at Delhi Airport alone. More than 100 flights have also been canceled at Bengaluru Airport. In addition, 90 flights have been canceled at Hyderabad Airport.

New Delhi: Several IndiGo flights have been disrupted once again. The airline's flights are either delayed or canceled, causing significant problems for passengers.

Between 12 AM and 8 AM today (December 5), IndiGo canceled 32 flights. These included 16 arriving flights and 16 departing flights. Additionally, a flight from Nagpur to Pune was diverted to Hyderabad.

Increased Passenger Difficulties

Passengers are facing immense inconvenience due to IndiGo flight delays and cancellations. People are waiting for hours at the airport for their flights.

At Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, four IndiGo flights have been canceled and six flights are operating with delays.

Over 400 Flights Canceled

Today, IndiGo announced the cancellation of over 400 flights across different parts of the country. 220 flights were canceled at Delhi Airport alone. More than 100 flights have also been canceled at Bengaluru Airport. In addition, 90 flights have been canceled at Hyderabad Airport.

The delays have created a chaotic situation at the airports. Many passengers have been waiting for hours without food or water, leading to frustration and anger.

Nearly 1000 Flights Canceled So Far

IndiGo flights have been continuously canceled for the fourth consecutive day. This trend has been ongoing since Tuesday. IndiGo has canceled approximately 1000 flights across different parts of the country so far. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had issued an advisory regarding flights, which has hit IndiGo Airlines the hardest.
