Madhubani Station Train Fire
Patna: A big fire incident in the cars of the Jaynagar-Udhna Antyodaya Express at Madhubani Railway Station in Bihar on Thursday morning. This Antyodaya Express Fire completely destroyed one car. Made a lot of people panic at the platform.
The fire happened at 3:50 am when the train was at Platform No. 3. People were doing routine work on it. The Jaynagar–Udhna Antyodaya Express had been at the station since Monday. Was supposed to leave for Udhna on Thursday.
People who saw the fire said that flames first came out of one of the cars and then quickly spread to the rest of the car. In a minutes the fire got much worse and covered the whole car. The Jaynagar-Udhna Antyodaya Express fire spread fast and there was not much time to stop it at first. The car that was on fire was completely destroyed before the fire department could control the situation.
The people who work for the railway immediately called the fire department. Started doing things to deal with the emergency. People who were at the station got scared when they saw the flames from away.
Many fire trucks came to the station to put out the fire. The firefighters worked on the fire for an hour before they could control it. By that time the car that was damaged was nothing but ashes.
The railway people made everyone leave the platform area to be increased security at the station to prevent anything else from happening.
Some important railway officials, including DRM Jyoti Prakash of the Samastipur division and Commandant Ashish Kumar came to the site to see what was going on and make sure everything was safe.
Now people are trying to figure out why the fire started. The railway people are collecting clues from the site. They say they will know the real reason, for the fire only after they finish their investigation.
