Peddi Sudarshan Reddy Hospitalised After Heart Attack; BRS Leaders KTR, Harish Rao Rush To Warangal

Former BRS MLA Peddi Sudarshan Reddy was hospitalised after a heart attack. His condition is now stable as KTR and Harish Rao visited him in Warangal.

Telangana: Peddi Sudarshan Reddy, former Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLA from Narsampet has been hospitalised after reportedly suffering a major heart attack today, on Sunday. The senior BRS leader was in critical condition, sparking shock and concern among the party leaders, supporters and the political fraternity in Telangana.

According to party sources, Sudarshan Reddy suddenly developed symptoms of a heart attack at his residence. His family members immediately rushed him to a private hospital in Warangal, where doctors began emergency treatment.

The medical staff worked to stabilize him after the cardiac arrest. The recent update on his health says that his condition has stabilised and that doctors are hoping he will gradually recover. Medical care continues in the intensive care unit under close monitoring.

KTR, Harish Rao Rush To Warangal

Upon hearing of the health issue of Sudarshan Reddy, senior BRS leaders K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), Working President of BRS and T. Harish Rao, senior leader of BRS had cancelled their scheduled event today and have rushed to Warangal from Hyderabad.

Both the leaders had come to the hospital to know their situation and to meet the doctors. They were also there to offer their support to the family of Sudarshan Reddy. Many other BRS leaders and the party workers sent their best wishes to the former MLA at the hospital.

A Key Leader In Narsampet Politics

Peddi Sudarshan Reddy has been a prominent BRS leader in the Narsampet Assembly constituency and played an important role in strengthening the party at the grassroots level.

He first contested the Narsampet Assembly seat as a BRS candidate in the 2014 Telangana Assembly elections but was unsuccessful. He later won the constituency in the 2018 Assembly elections and served as the MLA until 2023. However, he lost the seat in the 2023 Telangana Assembly election.
