Campbell and Hope have become the first West Indies pair to stay at the crease for the entire session of a Test match against India since 2016. Previously, in the 2016 Kingston Test, Chase and Holder batted out 19 overs in the final session of the fifth day to secure a draw.
This is the first time in the last six Test matches that the West Indies have stretched a Test match against India to a fourth day on Indian soil.
