New Delhi: India has completely taken control of the Delhi Test on the fourth day. After bowling out the visiting West Indies for 390 in the second innings, India was set a target of just 121 runs to win. In response, India finished the day at 63/1, needing just 58 runs to win.
Chasing the target, Yashasvi Jaiswal made an aggressive start but was dismissed by Warrican in the second over. KL Rahul and Sai Sudarshan then took charge. Rahul suffered a minor injury but remained on the field. KL Rahul is currently on 25 and Sai Sudarshan on 30.

The day began with strong resistance from Caribbean pair John Campbell and Shai Hope. They continued their momentum from day three and exhausted the Indian bowlers for long periods. Campbell scored his first Test century, while Hope reached triple figures after eight years.
But the story changed after lunch. Ravindra Jadeja gave India relief by dismissing Campbell LBW, while Siraj broke the visitors' back by dismissing Hope with the new ball. Kuldeep Yadav and Bumrah then combined to take the remaining wickets.
Jasprit Bumrah played a key role in wrapping up the West Indies innings. He took the last three wickets, taking a total of three. Kuldeep Yadav also took three wickets, while Siraj took two, and Jadeja and Sundar each took one.
Today is the fourth day of the Test match being played between India and West Indies in Delhi. On the third day, the Indian team bundled out the visitors for 248 runs in the first innings. India declared their first innings at 518 for 5.
After taking a lead of 270 runs, captain Shubman Gill decided to enforce the follow-on. Shai Hope and John Campbell led the innings, and by the end of the day's play, the West Indies' second innings ended at 390 runs. Campbell was out for 115, while Shai Hope was out for 103. India has a target of 121 runs to win.
