UP: Police constable commits suicide
A police constable committed suicide by hanging in her room.
Muzaffarnagar: A police constable committed suicide by hanging in her room here, police said Thursday.
The incident took place Wednesday in Saket locality of the Civil Lines Police Station area, SSP Sudhir Kumar said, adding her body was found hanging in her room.

The body was sent of post-mortem but the reason for taking the extreme step had not been ascertained yet, the SSP said.
The police interrogated the husband of the woman who was posted at the Kotwali Police Station.
In another incident, a man committed suicide by consuming poison in Charthwal town here as he was worried about his illness, the police said. (PTI)
