Tecno is launching its new budget smartphone, the Tecno Spark Go 3, in the Indian market this week. This phone will be an upgraded version of the Spark Go 2, launched in June 2025, and with improved features, it could give tough competition to brands like Redmi, Lava, and Infinix in the entry-level segment.
The Tecno Spark Go 3 will be officially launched in India on Thursday, January 16, 2026, at 12 noon. Following the launch, the smartphone will be available for sale on the e-commerce platform Amazon. The company will currently offer this phone in a blue color option.

In terms of design, the Tecno Spark Go 3 will feature a single rear camera housed in a pill-shaped camera module. It also features an infrared (IR) sensor on the back, allowing it to control TVs and other devices. The speaker grille is located on the top of the phone.
It features a flat metal frame, and the power button and volume control buttons are located on the right side. The company claims that this smartphone will come with an IP64 rating, making it dust and splash resistant.
The biggest highlight of the Tecno Spark Go 3 is its offline calling feature. This feature allows users to stay connected with other Tecno smartphone users within a range of 1.5 kilometers, even without a network connection. This feature can prove to be very useful in weak or no network conditions.
The company also claims that this smartphone will provide users with lag-free performance for up to 4 years, which is considered a significant advantage in this budget segment.

According to a report by 91Mobiles, the Tecno Spark Go 3 could be launched in India for less than ₹8,000. At this price, this smartphone will compete directly with entry-level phones from Redmi, Infinix, and Lava.
