New Delhi: WhatsApp is continuously introducing new features to improve the security and privacy of its users. In line with this, the company is introducing a new feature called "Strict Account Settings Mode."
Its purpose is to protect users from cyberattacks, spam, and data theft. This feature is currently being tested in the Android beta version and will be available to all users in the future.

This new mode will be a tool that allows users to control all of WhatsApp's security and privacy settings from a single location. Currently, users have to set each security feature (such as last seen, profile photo, status, etc.) individually. When this mode is active, the user's IP address will be hidden, preventing cybercriminals from tracking their location. It will also eliminate the possibility of location data leaks.
