New Delhi: Sohrab, notorious serial killer, who was imprisoned in Tihar Jail for committing three murders in a single day in Lucknow, has absconded from parole, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
Serial killer Sohrab, who was serving sentence in Tihar Jail, has escaped. Sohrab came out of jail on parole but did not return to jail. According to the information received, Sohrab was taken out of Tihar on parole. After meeting his wife in Lucknow, Sohrab had to reach Tihar Jail in Delhi, but he did not reach.
Sohrab and his two brothers Salim and Rustam were also imprisoned in Tihar. Out of the three brothers Sohrab who is the youngest was granted parole by a court a few days ago. After being released from jail, he met his wife in Lucknow. His parole period ended three days ago, but he did not return to jail.
The Special Cell of Delhi Police contacted the UP STF. Now the UP STF team is hunting for Sohrab frantically. An STF official said that he was lodged in Tihar in Delhi and all three brothers appeared in court through video conferencing.

He said that a few days ago Sohrab had applied for parole in the court, which was approved.
The UP STF along with the Special Cell of Delhi Police are jointly searching for him for the last three days.
Many serious cases like murder, extortion, illegal possession and Arms Act are registered against Sohrab in various police stations. His name is included in the list of top gangsters of Lucknow.
Serial killer brothers Salim, Rustam and Sohrab are residents of Sadar Bazar in Lucknow. They had committed many daring crimes in the UP capital. In 2004, some goons murdered Shahzade in Hussainganj area. Shahzade was the youngest brother of Salim, Sohrab and Rustam.
After an year of this incident Salim, Sohrab and Rustam took revenge for their brother Shahzade murder and killed their brother killers in Hussainganj, Khadra and Madiyanv areas.
They also murdered a health worker and social worker Saifi in broad daylight in Wazirganj area of Lucknow.
Salim, Sohrab and Rustam started carrying out extortion, murder and contract killing in the world of crime. Jewellery showroom was robbed in broad daylight in Delhi.
