Reflecting on the 1990s, he criticized the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) government, calling it a period of “jungle raj,” characterized by “pistol, cruelty, corruption, and misgovernance.”

According to the Prime Minister, this era caused Bihar’s misfortune and crushed the aspirations of the next generation.
Highlighting the overwhelming turnout at the rally, PM Modi praised the scale of the event. “I see that such a huge pandal has been built. I applaud your courage. No one dares to build such a large pandal,” he remarked.
Observing from a helicopter, he noted that thousands more were arriving on foot outside the venue, signaling massive public enthusiasm. “This scene in itself makes it clear what the election result will be,” the Prime Minister added.
