New Delhi: The trailer of Bandar has finally been released after weeks of speculation and teaser campaigns, offering audiences a closer look at the intense world created by director Anurag Kashyap. The film also marks Kashyap’s first collaboration with Bobby Deol, who appears in one of the most unconventional roles of his recent career.
Running for over two minutes, the trailer blends psychological drama, dark humour, suspense, and emotional conflict. It presents Bobby Deol as a fading celebrity struggling to hold onto fame while navigating personal chaos and a growing criminal investigation.
The trailer introduces Bobby Deol’s character as a once-celebrated public figure who appears confident and charismatic in public but deeply isolated in private. As the story unfolds, a sudden case changes his life completely, shifting the narrative from satire to intense drama.
The film appears to explore themes of fame, morality, public image, and justice. Inspired by real events, Bandar is set within a flawed system where perception and truth often collide.
