London: Famous Hollywood actor Tom Holland suffered a serious injury while filming "Spider-Man: Brand New Day." According to British media reports, while filming a stunt scene at Leavesden Studios (Watford, Hertfordshire) on Friday, he fell, suffering a head injury and a concussion.
He was immediately rushed to the hospital following the accident. A female stunt double was also taken by ambulance. The East of England Ambulance Service confirmed that they received an emergency call from the studio at 10:30 a.m.

Friday, following which an ambulance was dispatched and the injured person was admitted to the hospital.
Tom Holland's father, comedian Dominic Holland, revealed at a charity dinner in London's Mayfair that his son will no longer be able to shoot for some time. Tom Holland also attended the event with his fiancée and co-star Zendaya, but his health deteriorated and he had to leave early.

Following this accident, the UK's Health and Safety Executive (the organization that oversees workplace safety) may launch an investigation. Also, according to a Deadline report, a production meeting is scheduled for Saturday to discuss possible changes to the shooting schedule.
'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' is Tom Holland's fourth solo Spider-Man film, scheduled for release in 2026. The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed 'Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings'. The film is produced by Amy Pascal and Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige.
Zendaya will reprise her role as MJ in the film, while Sadie Sink and Lisa Colon-Zayas have also been cast in key roles, although details about their roles have not yet been revealed.
