Indian embassy in Iran issues fresh advisory for nationals amid unrest
New Delhi: The Indian Embassy in Tehran has released a fresh advisory for Indian nationals amid ongoing protests and civil unrest in various parts of Iran. This update comes in response to the rapidly changing security situation in the country. The advisory continues from the previous notice and strongly urges Indian citizens currently in Iran to leave the country if possible.
The recommendation applies to students, pilgrims, businesspeople, and tourists. The embassy emphasized that departures can be made using any available means, including commercial flights.
