Ingredients for making Multigrain Cheela
First of all, mix all the flours (wheat, gram flour, jowar/millet) in a large vessel.
Now add finely chopped vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder to it.
Prepare a thick and smooth batter by adding water little by little, in which there are no lumps. Keep in mind that the batter should neither be too thin nor too thick.
Now heat a non-stick pan and apply some oil or ghee on it.
With a tablespoon, pour the batter on the pan and spread it in a circular shape, just like you make dosa or uttapam.
Fry the cheela on medium flame till it turns golden brown on both sides.
