New Delhi: Tremors were felt across Delhi-NCR this morning after an earthquake of magnitude 4.4 struck the region. According to the National Centre for Seismology, the epicentre of the earthquake was located in Jhajjar, Haryana. The tremors were felt in several parts of the National Capital Region, triggering concern among residents.
People in Delhi and adjoining NCR areas felt the ground shake briefly after the earthquake hit. Many residents reportedly rushed out of their homes and offices as a precautionary measure.
