New Delhi: Chief Justice of India, BR Gavai, on Sunday, addressed key questions regarding judicial independence and the legislative process during an informal interaction with legal journalists.
When asked about the ongoing matter involving Judge Yashwant Varma, CJI Gavai refrained from commenting, stating that the issue is currently before the Parliamentary Committee.
