New Delhi: Residents around the Ramgarh range in Haryana’s Panchkula district have been advised to stay indoors on May 31, as the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) prepares to carry out a high-intensity bomb test at its facility. The exercise will be conducted by the Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory (TBRL), a DRDO unit focused on evaluating ammunition, explosives and weapon systems.
As a precautionary step district authorities have directed officials to inform villages located near the testing zone Residents have been asked to remain inside their homes during the scheduled time and avoid open areas until the DRDO Bomb Test concludes.

In an official communication sent to the Panchkula Deputy Commissioner TBRL Technology Director C. Sarkar requested that residents of Bhanu and Billa villages be instructed to stay indoors during the test Similar advisories have been issued for Asrewali Naggal Moginand Kishangarh TMV Colony and areas under the Ramgarh Municipal Council
