According to Youth Congress leaders, the Joint Commissioner assured them that the process of reviewing the FIR and considering withdrawal would be initiated soon. The delegation included Youth Congress national secretary Hargun Singh and Mumbai Youth Congress president Zeenat Shabreen.
Singh questioned the delay in the FIR withdrawal process and highlighted that an official notification had already been issued regarding the withdrawal of cases against students who participated in the protests.
