The Indian Army's Bhairav Hybrid Force is being prepared for modern warfare, including drone warfare, digital warfare, and emergency response, while the Ashani force will act as a lightning-fast shock and strike force capable of breaking through the enemy's advanced defense systems.

What is the Indian Army preparing for?
The Indian Army has entered a phase where the definition of war, its means, and strategies are all changing simultaneously.

Consequently, the Indian Army has begun preparations in Nasirabad, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, and Barmer that could change the face of future wars. In this context, the Indian Army has formed new battalions named 'Bhairav' and 'Ashani'. Over 100,000 drone operators are being trained in these battalions.

According to senior army officers, future wars will begin suddenly, be extremely fast-paced, and entirely technology-based.

Therefore, the army needs soldiers who can not only handle weapons but also fight wars using technical means. The Bhairav and Ashani battalions have been formed with this vision.

Today's warfare has transformed into an organized conflict based on technology, information, speed, and precision strikes.

Keeping this changed global military strategy in mind, the Indian Army has made significant changes to its structure and operational thinking.

Equipped with Technology
The Bhairav and Ashani battalions deployed in the Rajasthan desert are fully equipped with technology and ready for every challenge. In Nasirabad, the Indian Army is putting its future war doctrines into practice.

Here, soldiers are being trained in drone warfare, multi-domain operations, network-centric warfare, and high-tech weapon systems.

Bhairav Battalion
The 'Bhairav Battalion' is being prepared for drone warfare, medical emergencies, explosive ordnance disposal, and digital warfare.

The soldiers of the 'Bhairav Battalion' are being trained to accomplish more with limited resources.

Ashani Battalion
Meanwhile, the Ashani Battalion has been established as the Indian Army's shock and strike force. This battalion is designed to break through the enemy's advanced defense systems and change the course of battle at decisive moments, launching lightning-fast attacks on the enemy.

The Ashani Battalion will conduct rapid operations against high-value targets using drones and real-time intelligence.
