Army Soldier Dies After Accidental Rifle Discharge in J&K Kupwara Camp
Kupwara: A tragic incident has occurred in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, where an Army soldier was killed in accidental firing. The incident occurred at an Army camp in the Handwara region of North Kashmir, sending shockwaves through the region.

The injured soldier was immediately rushed to the Government Medical College (GMC) in Handwara. Due to his critical condition, doctors referred him to 92 Base Hospital, Badami Bagh Cantonment, Srinagar. He succumbed to his injuries there.
The deceased soldier has been identified as 24-year-old Jaideep. His untimely death has deeply saddened his family and colleagues. Army officials have expressed grief over the incident.
