New Delhi: Some films are such that they are released easily, but the controversy over some increases so much that the release of those films is also banned. These days the film 'Udaipur Files' is going through such a phase. Meanwhile, now the Supreme Court has sent the case of 'Udaipur Files' to Delhi High Court. However, the Supreme Court has refused to ban the release of the film.

What is the whole matter?

Actually, the Supreme Court has sent the case of the film 'Udaipur Files' based on the murder of Kanhaiya Lal to Delhi High Court. The Supreme Court has asked Delhi HC to hear the case on Monday and asked all the parties to put their point before the High Court. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has refused to ban the release of 'Udaipur Files'.

Demand for changes in the film

Let us tell you that Jamiat President Arshad Madani had demanded a ban on the film. At the same time, there is talk of releasing the film with 6 changes suggested by the committee of the Central Government. Let us tell you that Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Arshad Madani and others allege that the film 'Udaipur Files' defames the Muslim community.

Arshad Madani's lawyer argued

Actually, Maulana Arshad Madani's senior lawyer Kapil Sibal said in his argument that many members of the CBFC committee that passed the film belonged to the same ruling political party and that is why they approved the film. However, on this, Justice Suryakant said that this happens in all governments and their appointments cannot be challenged. Now it remains to be seen what the High Court says on this matter? And whether the film will be released or not is also a big question.
