UP: Student, teacher die after school van collides with Max pickup in Amroha

The accident took place near Agapur village on Gajraula road, when the van of International Public School collided with a pickup coming from the front. The collision was so severe that the front part of the van was completely crushed.

Amroha: A Maruti van full of students of IPS International School Sahasoli collided with a Max coming from the opposite direction near Manota bridge on Hasanpur Gajraula road.

After the accident, there was screaming among the children. Police reached the spot as soon as the information was received. Passersby also stopped there.

Amroha: A heart-wrenching road accident took place in Amroha district of Uttar Pradesh on Friday morning, in which a five-year-old girl going to school and a 22-year-old teacher died tragically. The accident took place near Agapur village on Gajraula road, when the van of International Public School collided with a pickup coming from the front. The collision was so severe that the front part of the van was completely crushed. A total of 13 people, including 12 children and another teacher, were injured in this accident.

Accident happened while going to school
On Friday morning, the van of International Public School, Sahasoli was going to school with children. There were a total of 16 people in the van which included children, teachers and driver. According to eyewitnesses, the van was not only overloaded but was also moving at a high speed. The driver could not control the van and it collided directly with a pickup coming from Gajraula.

Chaos after the collision
Immediately after the accident, there was a lot of screaming in the area. The collision was so severe that the front part of the van was badly damaged. Local people had to break the gates of the van to take the children out. All the injured were rushed to the nearest hospital. Doctors declared 5-year-old girl Anaya and teacher Nisha dead.

Father broke down in the hospital after hearing the news of daughter's death
Anaya was a student of LKG and was a resident of Mohalla Kayasthan of Hasanpur Nagar. Anaya's mother Ruby is a teacher in this school and was sitting in the front seat with her daughter at the time of the accident. She is also seriously injured. As soon as the news of the accident was received, Anaya's father, Advocate Satya Prakash, reached the spot. He broke down and became unconscious after seeing his daughter's body in the hospital.

Teacher Nisha also died

In this accident, 22-year-old teacher Nisha also died on the spot. She was a resident of Hasanpur and was on duty with the children in the school van.

Family members reached the hospital crying, children soaked in blood

As soon as the news of the school van accident was received, a crowd of family members reached the hospital. Everyone's eyes filled with tears after seeing the injured children. Many children had serious injuries on their heads and faces. All the injured have been referred to a higher center in critical condition.

Officials reached the spot, investigation ordered

As soon as the information of the accident was received, CO Deep Kumar Pant and SDM Pushkar Nath Chaudhary reached the spot and took stock of the incident site. The officials ensured the treatment of the injured and have ordered an investigation into the causes of the accident.
