Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh government has promoted 63 Tehsildars to the post of SDM. They will get a pay scale of Rs 56,100-1,77,500 in level-10 of the revised pay matrix in the seventh pay scale.

For promotion, the DPC meeting was held in Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission on 26 June. They have been promoted at the place of current posting and asked to take charge.

Two years probation period
Their probation period will be two years. The Appointment Department has issued two orders separately.

In these, Praduman Kumar posted in Shravasti will be given notional promotion from the date of promotion of his junior Vinod Kumar on 20 March 2025 till the date of assuming charge.

He will be given actual promotion from the date of assuming charge. His seniority will be determined later.

Similarly, Shraddha Pandey posted in Agra will also be given notional promotion from the date of promotion of her junior Rani Garima Jaiswal on 30 June 2023 till the date of assuming charge. Actual promotion will be given from the date of assuming charge. Their seniority will also be determined later.
