Purnea: Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav along with a large number of other leaders resumed their 'Voter Adhikaar Yatra' on its eighth day here in Purnea district on Sunday, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

During this, Rahul Gandhi termed SIR (Special Intensive Revision) as a 'conspiracy of vote theft' and accused the Election Commission of working in favor of BJP. He refrained from giving any direct answer regarding the Chief Ministerial candidate in Bihar.
Rahul Gandhi said that there is a secret alliance between the Election Commission, Election Commissioner and BJP. He said that SIR is an organized effort to steal votes, but he will not let this happen in Bihar.

He said that his journey has been very successful and people themselves are joining this journey. Rahul said that crores of people of Bihar are believing the fact of vote theft, so he is getting huge public support. Criticizing the Election Commission, he said that their job is to prepare the correct voter list, but this work was not done properly in Maharashtra, Haryana and Karnataka. He said that there has been large-scale vote theft in these states, but he will not let this happen in Bihar.
Rahul talked about changing the attitude of the Election Commission and said that the Election Commission should remain impartial, but it is standing in support of the BJP. He said that the Election Commission did not answer the question of where the one lakh fake voters came from, how they came, and who they were. Rahul said that when he raised the issue of fake voters, the Election Commission asked him for an affidavit, but when Anurag Thakur raised a similar issue, an affidavit was not asked from him.
