New Delhi: The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has issued a detailed set of guidelines for its supporters ahead of a protest scheduled on June 6 at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, urging participants to follow a peaceful and disciplined approach.
The organisation, which started as a “tiny joke” and claims to have amassed over 22 million followers on Instagram, has called for public participation in its demonstration. The protest is aimed at alleged irregularities in examinations including NEET, CBSE, CUET and SSCDG.
In its appeal, CJP also demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, alleging repeated paper leak incidents and terming him “incompetent”.
In a post on X, the group urged supporters to join what it described as a peaceful movement.
“June 6, 9 am see you tomorrow, fellow cockroaches. We will not stop until we secure Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation. Time to turn this tiny joke into a revolution. Get ready to swarm the streets of Delhi with peaceful and loving dissent,” the post stated.
The organisation shared a list of dos for participants, advising them to:
