Bengaluru: Rahul Dravid, known as the "Wall" of Indian cricket, set countless records in his career, but now his son, Anvay Dravid, is also making his mark in the world of cricket. Anvay was honored once again at the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) Annual Awards 2025. This is the second consecutive year he has received the KSCA award for his outstanding performance.
Anvay Dravid won the award for his brilliant batting in the Under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy. He scored 459 runs in 8 innings across 6 matches. Notably, he maintained an average of 91.80 and scored two centuries. This impressive performance included 46 fours and 2 sixes, totaling 48 boundaries.

His performance not only strengthened the Karnataka team but also made him the highest run-scorer in the entire tournament. Furthermore, his average was the best among all batsmen in the tournament.
Anvay Dravid was honored for the second consecutive year for scoring the most runs for Karnataka in the Under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy.
Like his father Rahul Dravid, Anvay has a calm demeanor and a similar batting style. In eight innings across six matches, Anvay scored 459 runs at an average of 91.80, including 46 fours and 2 sixes. He also scored two centuries.

19-year-old batsman R. Smaran was honored for scoring 516 runs at an average of 64.50 in the Ranji Trophy. Wicketkeeper-batsman KL Shrijith was also honored for scoring the highest 213 runs in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
