Dubai: The much-awaited Asia Cup 2025 is all set to begin today, 9 September, in the United Arab Emirates. Cricket fans are eagerly anticipating the thrilling match between India and Pakistan, which will be played on September 14. This match promises to be even more exciting as both teams are arch-rivals, and fans always enjoy their clashes.
In the Asia Cup 2025 India will play its first match on September 10, while the most anticipated match of the tournament India vs Pakistan is scheduled for September 14 at the Dubai International Stadium. Ahead of this match, the list of umpires has also been announced by the ACC.
For the India-Pakistan clash, the Asian Cricket Council has named a team of experienced umpires. The On-field umpiring duties will be handled by Ruchira Palliyaguruge from Sri Lanka and Masudur Rahman from Bangladesh.

Afghanistan's umpire Ahmad Paktin will be TV umpire, while Izatulah Safi, also from Afghanistan, will be the fourth umpire, and Andy Pycroft, a senior match referee from Zimbabwe, has been appointed as the match referee for the India vs Pakistan match.
