The hero of India's victory was Washington Sundar, who played a blazing innings in a difficult time. He scored an unbeaten 49 off just 23 balls, including four fours and three sixes. Wicketkeeper Jitesh Sharma, meanwhile, led the team to victory with an unbeaten 22 off 13 balls. Together, they formed a brilliant partnership in the final overs, completely turning the match in India's favor.

Team India opener Abhishek Sharma scored 25 runs, while Shubman Gill scored 15 runs. Captain Suryakumar Yadav also added 24 runs. Tilak Verma played a useful innings of 29 runs, and Axar Patel added 17 runs in the end to strengthen the score.
