Man killed, 15 injured in accident in UP

A 38-year-old man was killed and 15 others were injured when their tractor-trolley collided with a canter on the Meerut-Karnal highway near Itawa village in the district, police said Saturday.

Muzaffarnagar: A 38-year-old man was killed and 15 others were injured when their tractor-trolley collided with a canter on the Meerut-kKarnal highway near Itawa village in the district, police said Saturday.

According to circle officer Hariram Yadav, the incident took place Friday and the injured were admitted to a hospital.

An investigation into the incident is underway, police said.
