New Delhi: The Modi government has appointed Parameswaran Iyer, a 1981 batch retired IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre, as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NITI Aayog. Parameswaran Iyer will be the third CEO of NITI Aayog.
Parameswaran Iyer will replace present CEO Amitabh Kant in NITI Aayog. Amitabh Kant's term ends on 30 June 2022.
Parameswaran Iyer has been appointed in NITI Aayog for two years.
