New Delhi: Rajesh Bhushan, Secretary (Coordination), Cabinet Secretariat, has been assigned an additional charge as Chairperson, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC), Cabinet Secretariat on Tuesday.
He is a 1987 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre.
