Constable Rakesh Kumar and the home guards, who assaulted the kids with a baton, have been suspended.

The case is of Ram Ghat police station of Bulandshahr, where the boys were caught by two policemen over suspicion of stealing mobile phones and cash from a devotee on the banks of Ganges. (ANI)
