New Delhi: Mahindra is all set to unveil the much-anticipated XUV 7XO tomorrow, 5 January 2025, adding a premium SUV to its growing lineup. The company has steadily teased the model through a series of short videos highlighting key design cues and advanced features.
Adding to the anticipation, an undisguised version of the SUV was recently spotted at a dealership, giving fans and enthusiasts a first close look. With expectations high, the debut is expected to showcase Mahindra’s latest advancements in design, technology, and performance.

Under the hood, the XUV 7XO will retain the same 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines found in the XUV700. Both engines will be offered with manual or automatic transmissions, while the top-end variants are likely to continue offering an all-wheel-drive system. This ensures a combination of power, refinement, and off-road capability for buyers seeking a versatile SUV.
Teasers reveal a refreshed exterior inspired by Mahindra’s electric concepts. The XUV 7XO features redesigned LED daytime running lights, projector headlamps, and a new vertical-chrome-accented grille.
At the rear, a connected full-width light bar with inverted L-shaped elements gives a contemporary look. Additional updates include dual-tone alloy wheels, updated bumpers, and new paint options, giving the SUV a modern and bold presence on the road.
Inside, the XUV 7XO introduces Mahindra’s first triple-screen dashboard in an internal combustion model. The cabin also boasts a panoramic sunroof, triple-tone dashboard, and redesigned center console, along with upgraded upholstery and premium finishes.

Bookings for the XUV 7XO are already open with a token amount of Rs 21,000, while the official model-wise pricing will be announced at the launch.
